Project Manager (Vivint LLC (f / k / a Vivint, Inc.), Lehi, UT)
Prioritize development items for a single engineering team to align with the business roadmap. Manage releases to ensure delivery, coordinating milestones across teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams of business analysts, UX designers, data engineers and QA to ensure delivery against product roadmap. Build and maintain relationships across organizations, with teams, and individuals. Identify risks, issues, and problems and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles. Own and manage partner relationships for specific engagements. Understand and contribute to the vision and roadmap with a constant eye on continuous delivery of value and engineering action. Drive relevant program management deliverables and facilitate effective user / customer conversations. Assist in planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams. Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories. Establish story acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog. Manage product roadmap based on product vision. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to 3401 N Ashton Blvd, Lehi, UT 84043. Salary : $50,440 - $78,412 per year.
Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field plus 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, IT Manager, or any occupation / position / job title executing IT projects. Must also have the following : 2 years of professional experience establishing and executing against value-driven project plans in a technical setting; 2 years of professional experience managing issue resolution or mitigating risk in project delivery; 2 years of professional experience defining roadmaps and delivering projects with teams that employ agile software deve
