Primary Objective & Scope of Position :
To perform the duties of a Sales Associate and Assistant Store Manager in a manner that reflects commitment to our mission and brand. This position is committed to and engaged in individual development with the goal of eligibility for expanded leadership roles within the organization.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities :
Sales
- Learn and perform all duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate in concert with Slumberland sales strategies that demonstrate, by personal example, the desired standards of conduct and work performance achieving personal Key Result Area objectives determined through Slumberland standards in conjunction with past performance.
Management Support
People Development
Safety :
Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge. Point of Sale (POS) systems experience preferred. Basic math skills.
