The perfect candidate would be a college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work hard at establishing a career in direct sales and potentially working upwards to a management position. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to develop and motivate others by example. Direct Sales Representative's Duties and Responsibilities :
- Go directly to our client's lead base performing door-to-door sales pitches to sell the various client offerings
- Assist homeowners and residences with saving money through our community-focused sales practice
- Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
- Set appointments for closed sales, explaining the installation process from start to finish with transparency
- Escalate any outstanding customer questions to our team of Sales Experts to ensure the customer understands the entire sale process as needed
- Network with strategy and grow / develop our customer base
- Monitor and track company metrics based on the team's performance
