Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brewer/Sales Rep to create unique and sought after, high-quality craft beers for our Pittsburgh pubs as well as for sale to better restaurants and taverns in the Pittsburgh market. This is a hybrid brewer/sales rep position so the ideal candidate will have both a strong background in brewing processes as well as the drive to sell the Sly Fox brand throughout the Pittsburgh market.
Duties
- Operate Pub brewing equipment to produce beer using recipes you have developed as well as existing Sly Fox recipes.
- Follow a high standard for quality control across all procedures in the brewing process.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including ingredient usage and batch numbers.
- Maintain/repair equipment as needed, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly.
- Make sales calls on beer distributors, grocers, restaurants, taverns to sell and build the Sly Fox brand
- Work with and Manage our Beer Wholesaler to sell Sly Fox Brands in the Pittsburgh market.
Experience
- Previous experience in the brewing industry is required, with a solid understanding of brewing techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Outgoing and organized with a driven sales personality.
- A passion for craft beer and an eagerness to learn about different brewing styles will be highly valued.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
