Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Support the training of new staff members by sharing best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure timely arrival and readiness for all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable, with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products is a significant advantage.
