As an Account Manager, you will shape the success of our team by building strong, long-term relationships with our customers for our Verizon Fios client. You will be responsible for guiding team development, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional TV, Internet, and Wireless services to our customers. Through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience, you will have the opportunity to cultivate essential business skills while making an impact on the overall success of the organization.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting business relationships.
  • Lead and participate in team sales exercises designed to foster unity and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to support their growth and success in sales.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to meet individual and team objectives while driving positive results.
  • Contribute to cultivating a strong, positive team culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales or as an Account Manager.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and contribute to the overall success of the group.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Motivated, results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
