As a Account Associate, you will shape the success of our team by building strong, long-term relationships with our customers for our Verizon Fios client. The Account Associate will be responsible for guiding team development, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional TV, Internet, and Wireless services to our customers. Through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience, you will have the opportunity to cultivate essential business skills while making an impact on the overall success of the organization.
Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting business relationships.
- Lead and participate in team sales exercises designed to foster unity and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to support their growth and success in sales.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to meet individual and team objectives while driving positive results.
- Contribute to cultivating a strong, positive team culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
Account Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or as an Account Associate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and contribute to the overall success of the group.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
