As a Verizon Customer Support Team Member, you will play a critical role in assisting the sales team by engaging with new customers, educating them on Verizon’s FiOS offerings, and providing outstanding service to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help ensure customer satisfaction while driving success for the sales team.
Verizon Customer Support Team Member Responsibilities:
- Interact with new potential customers, answering questions and providing clear, detailed information about Verizon FiOS products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and benefits of Verizon FiOS offerings to provide accurate, relevant information to customers throughout the sales process.
- Assist the sales team by ensuring customers are well-informed and ready to make purchasing decisions, facilitating smooth transitions between support and sales.
- Ensure that every customer receives a personalized, positive experience by addressing concerns and guiding them through the product selection process.
- Accurately record customer interactions and provide necessary feedback to the sales team to improve customer engagement and service delivery.
- Address any inquiries or issues promptly, offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications of a Verizon Customer Support Team Member:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
