Full Time Customer Service Associate Responsibilities :
- Represent our brand in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently
- Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information accurately
- Upsell products and services as needed
- Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion
- Provide expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems
- Network with elite sales professionals on ways to improve consumer retainment and increase sales margins
