Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle calls effectively and efficiently.
  • Proofread communications to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Manage calendars for appointments and follow-ups as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations or difficult customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding service and resolving issues efficiently is crucial.
