Nurture relationships at hospitals, living facilities, nursing homes, insurance companies, etc.
Oversee business development team
Develop marketing strategies
Making sure their is follow through with clients
Growing and maintain relationships
Evaluate and train business development team
Design marketing materials
Teach team how to market
On board and fire when necessary
Qualifications-
5 years minimum experience managing in the hospice industry
Have a hands on approach
Preferred Palliative care experience
Must have experience managing sales people
Must know how to use CRMs
