We are looking for an PT Office Administrator for an established and well-respected company with an excellent reputation that you can be proud to represent. Hours are 10 am-5 pm and scheduled to work 20-25 hrs / week . The pay is $18-$21 / hr DOE .
Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Handle walk-in customers
Provide quotes to potential customers
Order parts for upcoming projects
Schedule appointments for technicians
Process payroll
Handle A / R & A / P duties
Create invoices
Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
Professional phone skills
Longevity at previous jobs
Proficient in QuickBooks is preferred
Outstanding customer service skills
Energetic, confident, and motivated
Preference given to accounting experience
