Responsibilities
will include management of all general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory and purchasing. The position requires management of all facets of association accounting, specifically :
- monthly general ledger entries
- Budget reports
- Bank reconciliations for multiple entities
- Monthly reconciliation of deferred and prepaid accounts to general ledger
- Billing & accounts receivable
- Manage and review daily banking activity
- Backup to accounting assistant position
- Preparing and submit bi-monthly payroll
- Preparing, maintaining and dispersing employee fringe benefits
- Maintain PAC funds and perform all accounting functions for the PAC.
