Construction Industry trade association seeks Manager of Corporate Partnerships
SMACNA is looking for a sales and marketing team member to lead and expand its Associate member program. The position requires conducting outreach to all prospective new associate members, managing member relationships, and overseeing SMACNA’s entire product show, from soliciting RFPs from prospective show vendors and contractors to handling all tradeshow responsibilities. The candidate will also manage all sponsorship programs for SMACNA events and will ensure delivery of associate member products and services, including an e-newsletter, webinars and other associate membership benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, have strong interpersonal skills and will be familiar with the construction industry. The job requires approximately 30 percent travel. SMACNA is an international trade association representing 3,500 signatory contracting firms with more than 100 chapters throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and Brazil. A leader in promoting quality and excellence in the sheet metal and air conditioning industry, SMACNA has offices in Chantilly, Virginia, and in Washington, D.C.
