Job Responsibilities: * New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and win new clients within the Retail and CPG sectors, positioning Movate as their digital transformation partner * Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding Movate’s footprint in the Retail & CPG markets, targeting clients undergoing digital transformation. * Digital Transformation Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of digital trends such as AI, automation, data analytics, omnichannel customer experiences, and supply chain optimization to craft compelling solutions for clients * Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and craft custom digital solutions that drive value * Solution-Oriented Selling: Partner with internal stakeholders (delivery, product, marketing) to design and deliver integrated solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities within the Retail and CPG sectors * Market Expansion: Drive Movate’s presence and influence within the industry by staying ahead of market trends, fostering thought leadership, and attending industry events and forums * Revenue & Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving new business and expanding Movate’s portfolio with major retail and CPG clients * Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery of value-driven solutions
Desired Skills: * Proven Track Record: 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on digital transformation and the Retail/CPG sectors * Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of Retail & CPG industry dynamics, digital trends, and technologies that are shaping the future of these sectors (e.g., AI, automation, analytics, eCommerce, omnichannel strategies, etc.) * New Business Success: Demonstrated experience in new logo acquisition and scaling sales revenue in a competitive, high-growth market * Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and align them with client business objectives * Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and establish long-lasting client relationships * Sales Leadership: Experience leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on meeting aggressive growth targets * Results-Oriented: Highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Innovative Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and position Movate as a leader in digital transformation

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
