Office Management
- Organize and coordinate office administration with the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage office communications, inventory, procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings and check-ins for Sales Associates regarding social media and marketing.
- Maintain office policies, IT coordination, and office equipment.
- Oversee office operations including budgeting, planning, supply management, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support visitors and plan company events.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on improving procedures and operational efficiency.
