Center Director Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and retention of families and staff
- Meeting parents' needs and providing excellent customer service
- Communicating with parents, staff and children
- Oversee and inspire excellence in curriculum
- Support teachers' professional development
- Use various software systems
- Create and adjust daily staff schedules
- Facility management and oversite of cleaning
- Oversite of classroom environments and learning spaces
- Knowledge of Step Up to Quality/ Ohio's Rating system

Qualifications
- Must be CPL-3; minimum CDA . AA/ BA in ECE or related field is preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills
