Location: Travel to multiple daycare/childcare centers
Salary: $50-55,000 based on your experience and education

Role Overview:
As a Childcare Field Director -Leader, you will provide both operational and strategic support to directors, assistant directors, and trainers at various daycare and childcare centers. Your expertise in early childhood education will be vital in improving the quality of care, curriculum, and daily operations at each location. This role involves travel to these centers to offer hands-on leadership, mentoring, and guidance, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Leadership Teams: Fill in for leadership positions such as center directors, assistant directors, and trainers to ensure high-quality operations and consistency by traveling across all locations.
- Travel to Provide Support: Help centers regularly offer a variety of support, such as covering for a leader who is out, and providing coaching, and guidance to ensure staff success and operational excellence.
- Foster Collaboration: Cultivate a positive, communicative, and collaborative environment where staff feels supported, operational goals are met, and children receive the highest quality of care.
- Must Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership, staff, and families, ensuring that goals, expectations, and progress are well understood.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Extensive Early Childhood Education Experience: A strong background in childcare or preschool, with a deep understanding of child development, best practices in teaching, and creating enriching learning environments.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, or leading teams, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support staff.
- Flexible & Available: Ability to travel between multiple daycare/ child care locations and work a flexible schedule.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: A natural communicator who can motivate teams, provide feedback, and build strong relationships with staff, families, and leadership.
- Adaptable & Resourceful: Ability to quickly adjust to the changing needs of each center, offering support where necessary to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Degree: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as a center director or similar position in an early childhood education setting (daycare or preschool)
