What are the responsibilities and job description for the DROP AND HOOK FREIGHT, CLASS A DRIVER position at Small Potato Trucking?
WE NEED 5 DRIVERS TODAY!!!
We are looking for regional drivers, they will out 7-8 days at a time with a 48 hour home reset time. This is dry van and no-touch freight so it is quite comfortable!
At the moment, we are looking for drivers who live in the city of Salt Lake City, UT or within 50 miles around it. Please verify that your residence lies within the specified area, Todd (404) 665-3614 can help. Drivers who apply and live outside the area will not be considered for this position.
Route for this job: OR, ID, WY, CO, UT, NV, AZ, NM. In this job, the route might go through CA or out of route depending on freight. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want a consistent job and pay check.
- Weekly pay, start at $1,540.00
- Resets between 48 hours!
- Out 7-8 days
- On average work about 70 hours in a 6 day period
- Truck stays at location on time off
QUALIFICATIONS
- NO MORE THAN 4 Jobs in past 3 years;
- No more than 2 jobs in the past YEAR;
- Can't be termed from his last employer
- We will review accidents and violations if there are any
- DOT Medical card;
- Valid Class A driver's license;
- Must have 6 months experience;
- Must have no more than 2 accidents in the last 5 years nor 2 tickets in the last 3 years
- Must be 21 years or older.
