Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment for all students.
- Provide individualized care and attention to toddlers, supporting their unique developmental needs.
- Foster early literacy education through interactive storytelling, reading sessions, and creative activities.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children in making positive choices.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other educators in implementing early intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in preschool or daycare settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of infant/toddler care practices and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and parents.
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies is a plus.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
