Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will be working with preschool students with disabilities ages 3-5 in a therapeutic gym.
Responsibilities
Treat students in accordance with their IEP
Maintain accurate records for all students, their treatment, and their progress
Participate and attend team meetings to support goals outside of the therapeutic environment
Maintain all equipment, ensuring a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
Current state licensing for physical therapist required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, NYCDOE Easy Trac and Atlas programs
The ability to work well other team members : OT, ST, Psych, SW, Teachers and Special Education Program Support Coordinators.
