Childcare Support Staff – We’re Hiring at ALL 7 Small Wonders Locations!
(Columbiana, Leetonia, Salem, West Branch, Canfield – Broad St., MCCTC, and Youngstown)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting lead teachers with classroom routines and activities
- Helping with meals, clean-up, transitions, and supervision
- Supporting a safe, clean, and fun learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and complete a work physical (required)
- Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever needed
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with young children
- Childcare experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person!
