What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who loves infants and understands their developmental needs
- High school diploma (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and complete a work physical (required)
- CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting
- Dependable, calm, and responsive with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with inclusive practices and SUTQ standards (preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing a consistent, nurturing routine that supports infants’ physical and emotional needs
- Planning developmentally appropriate activities that support sensory and motor growth
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and cozy classroom environment
- Building trust with each infant and creating strong partnerships with their families
- Collaborating with a co-teacher and communicating openly with your team
- Observing and documenting milestones and individual growth
