Role Description

The role involves conducting tax due diligence, financial modeling, and providing tax planning for cross-border operations/transactions. The position is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling proficiency
- Due Diligence experience
- Finance and Private Equity knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, LLM or EA is preferred
- Experience in cross-border tax advisory or M&A transactions preferred, but not required.
