We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Implement behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all equipment and toys are sanitized and in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational programs tailored to preschool and toddler age groups.
- Support children's social skills through group activities and cooperative play.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and preschool education principles.
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies to address various child behaviors effectively.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on nurturing children's emotional well-being.
- Familiarity with special education practices to support children with unique learning needs.
- Experience in toddler care, ensuring their safety and developmental growth.
- Background in childcare or babysitting, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
