Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn
- Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency and structure
- Monitor children's behavior and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
Skills:
- Experience in childcare, toddler care, infant care, or early childhood education
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Certification in first aid is preferred; CPR certification is preferred
- Strong background in nannying, classroom management, or caregiving
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively
