Senior ETL Developer Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Onsite)

6-Month Contract
This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Onsite).
The Senior ETL-Data Integration Developer is responsible for the operational support of the Informatica environment including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring and maintenance of ETL mappings, mapplets, and documentation. This position will manage, administer and work with ETL administration in addressing systems performance including ongoing optimization and tuning of the Informatica environment. The Senior ETL-Data Integration developer will develop reliable and complex ETL processes to support new development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Marts and other Business Intelligence projects.
Qualifications:
Major:
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Business Systems or Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in Informatica ETL Developer role in Data Warehouse projects, Enterprise Data Warehouse, OLAP and dimensional data modeling.
- Years of direct/relevant experience required: 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Health care domain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational support of the Informatica environment including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, and administration.
- Administers systems performance including ongoing optimization and tuning of the Informatica environment.
- Assist the data warehouse team in completing current data warehouse initiative projects.
- Analyze and evaluate data sources.
- Designs and implements complex ETL processes.
- Strong technical background and work experience with one or more of these: Informatica/SSIS/PL/SQL.
- Advanced level of knowledge with one or more of these systems: QNXT/CCA/EDIFECS/Syntranet.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/Python/Therefore/
IICS would be a plus.
