Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of window cleaners, ensuring work meets quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks on the team’s work.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule window cleaning services.
- Ensure safety protocols and use of proper equipment.
- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Train and provide ongoing support to staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
- Assist with administrative tasks like job reports and updates to management.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning and installation techniques, tools, and safety standards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
