Smallcakes is a cupcakery and creamery located in Newport News that specializes in amazing cupcakes, ice cream and other delicious novelties. Baking Associates are responsible for customer service, sales, area cleaning, making ice cream and assisting the baker with icing and decorating cupcakes. Prior experience in a bakery is desired but not required. A strong candidate is personable, hard working, able to function well in a team environment and maintains high personal standards including high integrity, timeliness, personal appearance and adherence to organizational policies. Earnings can be increased by customer cash and credit tips. We look forward to meeting with you!
