Customer Service Associate/Cashier

We’re looking for a fun, energetic individual to join our team!
Starting Pay: $13 per hour tips
Position Type: Part-Time
Typical Shifts: 2 PM – 10 PM
Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS system and handle phone calls professionally
- Keep display cases fully stocked with cupcakes, ice cream, and other desserts
- Maintain a clean and inviting seating area
- Accurately take and prepare customer orders
- Serve guests a variety of treats including cupcakes, ice cream, milkshakes, and cake shakes
- Package and label items for self-service displays
- Cross-train to assist bakers with kitchen tasks as needed
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization at all times
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists alongside the team
- Please note: Duties may be added or modified at the company’s discretion.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday)
- 1 year customer service experience, preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
