Job Summary
We currently have an opening for a Buyer in our Purchasing Department! The Buyer works closely with multiple departments every day, in a fast-paced environment. He/she will be trained on the procurement of raw materials, tooling, factory supplies, outside processes, and office supplies. Duties will include the researching of new/existing products, price negotiation, quality monitoring, open order follow up and receiving.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- 2-5 years of purchasing experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with capital expenditure projects
- Experience with purchasing machinery, equipment, and wire a plus
- AS400 MRP and CloudSuite Industrial knowledge a plus
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
