Responsibilities

• Sales Practices: Uses understanding of sales practices to drive lead generation, account development, and relationship building.

• Prospecting Campaigns: Assist in planning, building, and executing campaigns targeting specific prospect segments. You’ll help identify and segment target companies and industries which can grow our Sales.

• Product and Industry Expertise: Obtain a strong knowledge of technical product line. While prior knowledge of retaining rings and springs is helpful, we’re eager to provide training to help you understand our product line in order to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.

• Campaign Analysis: Help monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to improve future campaigns and maximize effectiveness.

• CRM & Prospecting Tools: Use CRM system to manage leads, track prospect interest, and analyze customer data.

• Marketing Automation: Gain experience using marketing platforms for campaign management, list segmentation, and tracking performance.

• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to create clear, engaging technical content for prospecting campaigns.

• Attention to Detail & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities, ensuring KPIs are met without compromising quality.

• Trade Show Attendance: Represent Smalley at domestic industry trade shows, supporting lead generation and brand promotion efforts.

• Additional Support: Assist with various marketing-related tasks, including website live chat, mailbox support, and sample processing, while learning from our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2 years of experience in a Sales, Marketing or Engineering customer support role
• High technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Well versed in Smalley product, application and industry knowledge
• Excels in customer relations
• Understanding of CRM and CX programs
