Responsibilities:
- Logs returned goods (RMA’s) completed by customer service
- Conducts the functions specified on the active inspection stamp procedure
- Evaluates current processes (i.e., PO Edits, AS9102 setups, Documentation requests etc.), for improvements
- Supports any investigations with customer requests
- Facilitates the functions specified on the authorized signatures and initials procedure
- Supports Smalley’s mission, vision, and values
- Monitors Quality inbox and assigns tickets to distribute work
- Uploads customer correspondence requirements, specifications into spy view system accounts
- Updates ERP system based on new customer information and updates scanned information in system
- Completes various data entry and retrieval on internal system and customer portals
- Conducts authorization to ship for electronic submission/approval activities for production order process
- Facilitates incoming customer requests including quality agreements, and other quality related information
- Completes archive activity of master PPAP samples
- Initiates Quality Records disposition
- Proactively addresses challenges and proactively communicates obstacles to ensure timely results
- Performs document control & revisions
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent technical education related to quality control; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in using technology and software to access customer portals

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $18.00-$20.00 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
