Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct various dental procedures including but not limited to prosthodontics, oral surgery, dental extractions, and root canal therapy.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Practice four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license in the state of practice.
- Proficiency in medical imaging and familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education.
- Experience in prosthodontics, oral surgery, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and patient assessment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
