Duties

- Perform insurance verification and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information confidentiality.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Athenahealth or Epic for managing patient records and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide support in health information management to maintain organized patient files.
- Collaborate with dental staff to enhance the overall patient experience.
Skills
