Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely follow-ups for treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes using Dentrix software.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to optimize patient care and office functionality.
Skills
- Proven experience in medical office management or similar roles within healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental practice management software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Background in nursing or critical care is a plus but not required.
