Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and venipuncture.
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions, focusing on both physical and behavioral health.
- Perform esthetic laser treatments as required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through effective utilization management.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in patient care, particularly with toddlers and in critical care settings.
- Familiarity with behavioral health issues and management strategies.
- Strong skills in infection control practices and protocols.
- Previous experience with esthetic procedures is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education and support.
