We are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who will be excited about solving customer problems.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Prepare Sales Orders
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Create new forms/excel trackers
- Inventory updates
- Respond to customer inquiries by emails and/or phone calls
- Weekly Vendor and Customers follow-ups
- Customer Satisfaction (Quick responses to our clients and suppliers)
- Assisting with Quality and Warranty tasks, such as RMAs
- Deal with our customers of the North American market
- Any related tasks, as discussed with your supervisor.
Core Competencies:
- Bilingual (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision an asset
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira or similar)
- Proficiency in ticketing/help desk systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365 Suite an asset)
