Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for after school sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervision of technicians and providing direct support to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapies tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is essential.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and patient care practices.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis to track client progress effectively.
