Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and data collection to track client progress.
- Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on ABA principles and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, data collection methods, and medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Previous experience in providing patient care within a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred.
