Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA/ Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care for children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience in data analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing effective supervision and support to clinical staff. This role is essential for fostering a positive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our clients. We currently have full-time, part-time and flexible employment opportunities.
Duties
- Supervise and support clinical staff in the implementation of behavior plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate behavior interventions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and program effectiveness.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and special education methodologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and external stakeholders regarding treatment goals and progress.
- Stay current with developments in medical terminology, documentation practices, and behavioral health trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and data collection methodologies.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
- Understanding of special education frameworks and strategies.
- Proficient in medical terminology relevant to the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
