SMART Behavioral Health Services, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! The position is currently part-time for Fairfield County, CT for a combination of hours in the school and home setting.
The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, skills acquisition assessments / treatment plans, monitoring ongoing effectiveness, through supervision of RBT's, and conducting parent/family training sessions.
Compensation is entirely based on experience.

Unlike many of the larger practices in the area, employees and clients are supervised by BCBAs that are highly qualified with flexible schedules. BCBAs receive continuing education opportunities, all technology / materials provided, and join a network of highly qualified related service providers.
