Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the seamless execution of on-site inspections for our customers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be vital to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: You will be responsible for scheduling on-site inspections, ensuring they are aligned with both customer preferences and available field resources. Your ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain a well-organized schedule will be crucial.
  • Communication: Successful coordination requires effective communication. You will be the bridge between Site Inspector and customers, ensuring clear information exchange, timely updates and status reports will be key components of your communication strategy.
  • Resource Management: Managing field resources involves optimizing routes, assigning inspections efficiently, and ensuring that the Inspectors have the necessary tools and information to carry out their tasks effectively.
  • Customer Interaction: Your interactions with customers will play a significant role in their overall experience. Your ability to address their concerns, provide accurate information, and convey a professional demeanor will contribute to our reputation for excellent customer service.
  • On-Site Inspections: This role requires reliable transportation, as you will need to travel to various locations to oversee inspections. Rest assured, all mileage expenses will be promptly reimbursed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and resource management.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in a coordination or liaison role is a plus.
