Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement agent desktop environments, using Google's advanced tools.
- Spearhead the deployment of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions via Google's platform.
- Optimize and configure desktop tools and applications, driving efficiency and user productivity.
- Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support for agents.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in CCAI, Dialogflow, and Agent Assist technologies.
- Skilled in integrating systems like CRM and telephony with CCaaS solutions.
- Adept at monitoring and adjusting CCaaS performance metrics.
