Position : GenAI Product Owner

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Job Overview : As the GenAI Product Owner , you will play a critical role in the ideation, development, and enhancement of AI-driven products that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to ensure that our AI solutions meet customer needs, align with business goals, and maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-based products. Align the product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to ensure the successful delivery of GenAI products.
  • Backlog Management : Manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
  • User-Centered Development : Drive the design and development of AI solutions with a focus on user experience, ensuring that the product is intuitive, scalable, and efficient.
  • Market & Customer Insights : Continuously gather insights from customers, competitors, and market trends to inform product direction and innovation in the GenAI space.
  • Agile Methodology : Lead the product development process in an Agile environment, collaborating with scrum teams and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure high-quality product delivery by collaborating with QA teams and conducting testing, reviews, and iterations.
  • Performance Metrics : Define success metrics and continuously monitor the performance of GenAI products, making data-driven decisions for optimization and improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 8 years of product management experience with a focus on AI, machine learning, or generative AI technologies.
  • Technical Understanding : Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, with the ability to engage with technical teams effectively. Familiarity with GPT, transformers, and other generative AI architectures is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies : Proven experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach to decision-making. Ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Leadership : Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and drive product initiatives to completion.
