Preferred Expertise:
- Conversational Architect with a robust background in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) technologies.
- Proficiency in CCaaS, Agent Desktop, CCAI, and Agent Assist tools.
- Familiarity with CES/CCAI technologies like DialogFlow, Insights, and Agent Desktop is highly valuable.
- Hands-on experience in Virtual Agent and DialogFlow CX integration within Contact Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrations with downstream and connected systems.
- Utilize cross-functional abilities to collaborate across diverse teams and projects.
- Engage directly with customers to capture and fulfill requirements effectively.
- Demonstrate project management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Produce clear, comprehensive documentation and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in CCAI Transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Google Vertex AI with Generative AI features.
- Capable of formulating architecture plans and roadmaps.
- Expertise in technical design creation, solutions development, and estimation.
