As a Junior Client Services Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success and satisfaction. Your ability to nurture and expand relationships, solve complex challenges, and provide strategic insights will be key to helping our clients thrive.
- ResponsibilitiesReconcile financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading platform.
- Empower clients by guiding them through the effective use of our software to manage their real estate investments efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and offer tailored solutions to maximize their use of the platform.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on platform updates, enhancements, and best practices to deliver informed and proactive client support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products that can further benefit clients.
- Skills & RequirementsStrong interest in enterprise technology, real estate, and finance.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a persuasive communication style.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software.
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS, finance, or real estate sectors is a plus.
