What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Smart Care Equipment Solutions?
As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the initial point of contact responsible for the intake of all telephone and electronic service requests. You will work with customers to understand scope of service requests and assign to the appropriate responsible Regional Service Manager. You will become a partner with our Preferred Customers by consistently delivering exceptional solutions to both predict and prevent equipment failure, ensuring their equipment is running at full capacity with limited breakdowns. You will :
- Build and foster a team environment while remaining present with technicians;
- Input all Customer Service Requests into Ascent Dispatch software
- Complete Dispatch Service reports
- Refrigeration / Electrical / HVAC call percentage breakdowns
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys when assigned.
- Assist Regional Service Managers with portal entries and management.
- Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
