Invoicing Specialist – Join Our Smart City Finance Team!
Location: Hybrid (In-Office Remote) – Dallas, TX preferred
Pay: Starting at $21/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Do (A.K.A. Your Superpowers ♀♂)
As our Invoicing Specialist, you'll be the finance guru behind the scenes, making sure our invoices are accurate, our property partners are in the loop, and our revenue keeps rolling in. You'll work closely with agents, sales leaders, and property managers to keep everything running smoothly. If you're detail-obsessed, love problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Your Day-to-Day
✅ Verify lease details with properties, agents, and sales teams
✅ Generate and send invoices for confirmed leases
✅ Resolve all problem leases and awaiting follow-ups with properties and agents
✅ Maintain accurate property records in our CRM and AR system
✅ Keep property managers engaged and secure payment commitments
✅ Troubleshoot billing issues and escalate when needed
✅ Collaborate with the finance team on training, process improvements & reporting
What You Bring To The Table
Experience: 1 years of invoicing & data entry (bonus points for accounts receivable experience!)
Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and invoicing systems like Invoiced
Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve
Communication: Strong written & verbal skills (yes, that means you're not afraid to pick up the phone!)
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Location: Hybrid role, but living in Dallas, TX is a plus!
