Location : Satco & Solstice RV Parks

Compensation : $1,200 / month per park

Job Type : Independent Contractor (No benefits)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on RV Park Ranger to help oversee daily operations at Satco and Solstice RV Parks . This part-time role requires excellent communication, basic maintenance skills, and a proactive approach to keeping the parks running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Administration :

Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and payments.

  • Maintain communication with customers via phone and software system.
  • Assist new renters in setting up at the park if necessary.
  • Help with collections as needed.

Park Oversight & Enforcement :

Ensure tenants follow park rules, document infractions (e.g., noise violations, leash violations).

  • Maintain the overall appearance of the park (trash pickup, general housekeeping).

    • Maintenance & Groundskeeping :

    Perform small repairs (replace outlets, fix / tighten spigots, exchange water filters).

  • Mow grass and spray for weeds as needed.
  • Ensure campers remove hoses during freezes and follow proper water shut-off procedures.
  • Read and report meter readings monthly (future responsibility).

    • Additional Repairs & Compensation :

    For tasks beyond routine duties, additional compensation may be applicable upon management approval.

  • Larger tasks (over $300) require prior approval for time and materials.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic handyman / repair skills.
  • Ability to enforce park rules professionally.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Experience with RV parks or similar property management is a plus.

    • Schedule & Compensation :

  • Part-time, Independent Contractor role (no benefits).
  • Compensation : $1,200 per month per park (Satco & Solstice).
